#GAOlJail: Reduce 90% Repeat Criminal Offenders

 Switch Budgets From Jail to Shelter

Politician$ push their paperworks and create homeless and repeat criminals. When you can not find your ticket on a bus, they give you another ticket to pay more. If you do not pay your tax on time you got another bill to pay. If you lost your passport, you have to pay ... 

If you can't make enough their paper$ - "money" to pay their other paper$ - bill$, you become homeless. When you stay a homeless shelter, everyone bully you: other homeless, shelter stuffs, security guards, police offices, nurses and doctors. They make you so angry to break law. After staying in jail, you find out jail is much better than shelter, so you become a repeat offender to stay in jail as one of my friends Lucky who has been playing chess game in downtown #Ottawa 30 years ago.  

 The chess player is lucky who enjoy stay in jail during winter, when nobody play chess with him on the street of Downtown Ottawa. 

As #ottawaMayor2026, I'll use #GAOlJail to reduce 90% repeat criminal offenders by switching their city budget from jail to homeless shelter. 20 + Criminals will share a small place for washroom and Livingroom during their day, for bedroom during their night. They are not going to feel comfortable anymore 😕.
