GAOl Shelter
I will run homeless shelter as GAOl Shelter where everyone will have a comfortable room to stay, meals to eat and help each other. They will grow food for Ottawa citizens. There will be no employee or nobody get paid but one police office per shelter.
GAOl Jail
I will run jail as GAOl Jail where nobody has a comfortable room as homeless shelter nowadays. There will be security personals only. They have to cook, clean, and help themself.
Free Food and Bus
The money I saved from GAOl will go to Free Food and Bus project for Ottawa citizens.
Compare to the Nation of Singapore where has 735.7 kilometer squares of land and 6.11 million populations, Ottawa where has 2,779 kilometer squares of land and total population 1.5 million with 2,952 homeless. There is enough land if homeless willing to grow food to feed all Ottawa citizens with GAO economic system stigmergically: GAO - Gifted Asset Offering.

As #ottawaMayor2026, I'll reduce 90% repeat criminal offenders by switching their city budget from jail to homeless shelter. 20 Criminals will share a single place with wash room, living room, and bedroom. They are not going to feel comfortable anymore 😕. Homeless shelter will be a community centre stigmergically.😇
